Product Manager - Commercial Digital Products - Cementing

Job Duties

• Manages commercial digital products operating under a rapid MVP, AI-assisted development model.
• Leads product development from concept through working prototype and into commercialization.
• Works directly alongside developer teams, providing real-time direction and coordination.
• Leverages AI-assisted tools to accelerate concept-to-prototype cycles and validate solutions rapidly.
• Manages department budgets with a bias toward lean, modern-skillset teams accountable for outcomes rather than hours.
• Responsible for management of one or more product families - strategy, investment model, life cycle, and commercialization.
• Accountable for funded development, packaging, pricing, and marketing product families.
• Identifies new product and business opportunities and industry/competitor changes requiring new strategies or revisions.
• Assists sales and operations in rollout and training.
• Establishes relationships with customers, third parties, and industry thought leaders.
• Manages intellectual property in area of responsibility.
• Promotes Halliburton quality and HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Science/Mathematics, or Engineering required.
• 15 years of oil and gas experience including product management.
• Licensed/Chartered Professional Engineer preferred for engineering incumbents.
