About the role

This individual will work with our customers to define product features and functions across various products. Location: This position allows for remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that product features and functions meet the current and future requirements of our customers
  • Evaluate new technologies and customer requirements to determine business viability
  • Provide continuous market analysis to include competitive landscape, market trends, and customer feedback
  • Gather specific customer requirements for current opportunities and work across the organization to deliver a customized solutions
  • Partner, collaborate and influence key internal stakeholders to ensure successful product strategy, design, delivery and support
  • Lead and resolve business issues or problems that have business-wide impact
  • Engage with various levels within the customer to effectively deliver key value proposition for Lenovo as well as our products and service

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product experience in an IT relevant industry
  • Experience working directly with customers and ability to understand technical requirements
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in the server industry or with cloud customers is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to travel 10-20% to customer sites
