About the role

As a Product Manager at Knowledge Systems – Enterprise IT, you will be responsible for defining and delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and customer success to ensure that our products align with market trends and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define feature specifications and prioritize development efforts.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product strategy and roadmap.
  • Work with sales and customer success teams to understand customer pain points and translate them into product features.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executive leadership, to articulate product vision and progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across various departments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successful product launches and improvements.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle processes.
  • Understanding of AI technologies and their integration into product development.
  • Experience working with cloud-based platforms and services.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Experience with product analytics tools and metrics.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
