About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to drive the development and implementation of our innovative bio-AI inference strategy. As a key member of the team, you will help shape the future of AI technology in a rapidly evolving industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and carry out a full-stack inference strategy for the BioNeMo platform, including NVIDIA Inference Microservices (NIMs) and Blueprints, aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between the Digital Biology ecosystem and the rest of NVIDIA. Communicate ecosystem priorities to horizontal product teams and influence roadmaps to include feature development relevant for the bio ecosystem.
  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to collaborators and senior management, providing regular updates and reports.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning for the product.
  • Monitor product performance and gather feedback from customers and users, using data to drive continuous improvements and inform future product development.
  • Keep informed about developments and innovations in artificial intelligence and bio-inspired neural modeling, and apply knowledge to guide the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • Masters degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, or other related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Deep Learning, or Large Scale AI deployment.
  • Deep technical foundation: extensive understanding of software development, machine learning, and bioinformatics, including familiarity with programming languages, frameworks, and tools frequently employed in these areas.
  • Experience with product management: prior experience in product management or equivalent, with a track record of successfully launching and managing technical products. This includes building product roadmaps, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and working cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Knowledge of the life sciences industry, including current trends and challenges, such as bioinformatics, genomics, and drug discovery processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills: ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical collaborators, and lead a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers.

Skills

  • Hands-on experience with NVIDIA products like NIMs, TensorRT-LLM, or vLLM.
  • Hands-on experience with deployment of large-scale AI models for production workloads.
  • Familiarity with ISV platforms and understanding of how product integrations work for ISVs.

Pay

Base salary range: 148,000 USD - 224,250 USD. Eligible for equity and benefits.
