Who You Are:
A problem-solver obsessed with velocity and impact.
Fearless in cross-functional settings — you align teams around clarity and urgency.
Comfortable challenging engineers, business leads, or executives when needed.
Always two steps ahead — anticipating risks before they appear.
What You'll Do:
- Lead discovery cycles — interview users, synthesize insights, and validate opportunities.
- Shape product bets with clear problem statements, appetite, constraints, and boundaries.
- Create Shaping Briefs that translate complex healthcare and marketplace challenges into feasible, high-impact projects.
- Collaborate deeply with engineering during build cycles: clarify edge cases, confirm priorities, and uphold scope integrity.
- Act as the guardian of appetite — ensuring projects stay within defined bounds.
- Partner with Marketing to co-develop product launch narratives and internal comms.
- Lead functional testing and validation with business champions before release.
- Engage directly with customers (clinicians, providers, admin teams) for ongoing discovery and feedback.
- Drive post-launch reviews, collect metrics and feedback, and recommend iteration or scale decisions.
- Maintain and organize shaping documentation and product learnings for institutional knowledge.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3–6 years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, healthcare, or marketplace tech.
- Strong understanding of technical architecture, APIs, and data models.
- Proven ability to turn user and business needs into structured, actionable scopes.
