Product Manager
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, navigation, cookie, etc. Also remove "Know More About Workstream" links? Those are maybe not needed but could be considered boilerplate? They are not essential content; we can drop them. Also remove "Additional Information" EEO block. Also remove "Location Requirements" maybe part of Requirements? Could be a section? The posting includes location requirements; we could include under Requirements or maybe a separate section? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities (day in the life), Requirements (experience, etc), Qualifications (maybe same as Requirements?), Skills (maybe list of skills), Benefits (what we offer), Pay (salary range), Schedule (hybrid). We need to ensure we only include sections with real specific content.
Let's extract content:
About the role: The first paragraph: "Workstream is a mission-driven company...". Also "Grow With Us We are looking for a highly customer-obsessed, strategic, and execution-driven Product Manager to own key product areas across Workstream’s platform." That's about role.
Responsibilities: The "Day In The Life" bullet list (actually sentences). Also earlier "You'll own your product area end-to-end..." etc. So responsibilities include: define strategy, roadmap, vision; customer discovery; hypothesis development; execution; iteration; measurable outcomes; shape product narrative; set north-star metrics; drive investments; partner with engineering, design, sales, CS, BD, leadership; surface opportunities; prioritize; ship products; etc. Also "Build and manage relationships with strategic external partners..." etc. Also "Conduct market, competitive, and customer research..." etc. Also "Write detailed product specifications..." etc. Also "Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design..." etc. Also "Be highly resourceful..." etc. Also "Drive alignment across..." etc. Also "Present product strategy..." etc.
Requirements: "Who You Are" list: 5 to 7+ years PM experience, ideally SaaS, growth, marketplace, startup; Experience utilizing AI to make you and your team more effective; Understanding of AI landscape and tools; Experience working in fast-paced scaling startup (/, no markdown fences.
