Product Manager
About the Role
As our Product Manager, you will be responsible for the overall product strategy for our Wire and Cable division. You will use your business leadership and capacity plans to meet sales and profit targets, defining and executing the strategy of our Wire and Cable products to ensure sales growth and profitability expansion.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for maintaining documentation, providing project support, conducting internal audits, corrective actions, and quality record management.
- Ensure compliance with company standards by conducting tests, creating test fixture procedures, and making final acceptance decisions for delivery.
- Collaborate as the bridge between different business units across Winchester, including engineering, sales, and marketing.
- Partner with the Regional Sales team to gather valuable insights into market trends and the competitive landscape.
- Execute pricing policies and deploy marketing initiatives to generate demand.
- Serve as the champion for new product development to drive successful new product introductions (NPIs).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business; an advanced degree (MBA) is preferable.
- 5 years of experience with Product & P&L Management, preferably in product management or sales.
- Technical knowledge of interconnect products, ideally in aerospace and defense, and medical devices.
- Experience in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps.
- Effective in cross-functional collaboration and concise communication.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $120,000 - $145,000, plus incentive compensation. Exact salary will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and other relevant factors.
