Product Manager
Job Summary
The Product Manager will serve as a strategic and industry liaison responsible for guiding the development, delivery, and lifecycle management of products and services within the Wisconsin Health Data Hub (WHDH).
WHDH is a federally funded initiative developing a secure, cloud-native data platform designed to support biomedical research, real-world data analytics, and AI-driven discovery.

Required Qualifications
- 7 Years of professional experience in product management, product development, or solution delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to engage cross-functional teams and manage complex technical initiatives.
- Experience translating user needs into requirements, roadmaps, and delivered solutions.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or other product delivery methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing data platforms, SaaS products, healthcare technology, or analytics solutions.
- Familiarity with healthcare or biomedical research environments and data standards such as HL7 or OMOP.
- Experience working with cloud-based technology products and AI-enabled solutions.
- Knowledge of product analytics, user experience design, and go-to-market planning.
- Experience in federally funded, academic, or public-sector initiatives.
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMP, or Pragmatic Product Management.

Compensation
The starting salary for the position is $95,000 annually, but is negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Employees in this position can expect to receive benefits such as generous vacation, holidays, and sick leave; competitive insurances and savings accounts; retirement benefits.
