About the role

This role is for a Product Manager at Topsort. You will own the product lifecycle from discovery to customer adoption, working closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to identify customer problems, prioritize opportunities, and deliver solutions that create measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product lifecycle from discovery, prioritization, launch, and iteration.
  • Work directly with customers, prospects, and internal teams to understand problems and identify opportunities.
  • Define product requirements and partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, commercial impact, and business goals.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption.
  • Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and business metrics to continuously improve the product.
  • Balance short-term execution with long-term product strategy.
  • Communicate product vision, priorities, and trade-offs clearly across the organization.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, technical constraints, and how software systems connect.
  • Ability to evaluate tradeoffs, ask strong technical questions, and help teams make practical decisions without needing perfect specs.
  • Strong ability to work across engineering, GTM, customers, and external partners, especially when priorities are competing or ownership is unclear.
  • Comfort operating in an environment where requirements are incomplete, priorities shift quickly, and external dependencies create uncertainty.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers, partners, or external stakeholders to understand needs, manage expectations, and solve practical implementation challenges.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences in Advanced/Fluent English, and to create documentation that improves alignment and repeatability.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in B2B SaaS, platform products, integrations, partnerships, solutions engineering, technical customer success, or technical product management is highly valued.
