Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the technology roadmap for clinic operations and franchisee-facing platforms, aligning priorities with Operations and franchise leadership.
- Partner with Operations, Marketing, franchisees, and clinic teams to gather feedback and translate business needs into product enhancements and technology solutions.
- Oversee the performance and reliability of clinic-facing systems, including point-of-sale, payments, operational platforms, and in-clinic technology.
- Manage vendor and managed service provider relationships, including contract oversight, SLA governance, performance management, and optimization opportunities.
- Lead product decisions related to integrations, system architecture, and build-versus-buy evaluations while maintaining key technical documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, IT, Marketing, and external partners to deliver scalable solutions that improve clinic performance and user satisfaction.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve product management processes, operational workflows, and overall efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technology Management, Business Systems, or a related field.
- Experience supporting multi-unit, franchise, retail, healthcare, fitness, or similarly distributed operational environments.
- Strong understanding of business applications, system integrations, point-of-sale platforms, payments, and operational technology.
- Experience managing technology vendors, service providers, contracts, and service level agreements.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive initiatives without direct authority.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience utilizing AI tools and automation to enhance workflows and productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in relevant technologies may be beneficial.
Skills
- Strong project management and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Compensation: $105k - $120k DOE

Schedule
This role follows a hybrid schedule and will require an in-office presence at our Scottsdale, AZ headquarters at least three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).
