About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Product Manager where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our products that ensure compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations. In this project-focused position, you will partner with stakeholders and Compliance teams to manage initiatives that impact market structure changes and regulatory updates. You will lead the charge in developing and updating surveillance products that support overnight trading capabilities and modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders and Compliance teams to manage initiatives impacting market structure changes and regulatory updates.
• Lead the development and updating of surveillance products supporting overnight trading and modernization efforts.
• Manage backlogs efficiently and ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a regulated financial services environment.

Requirements

• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven leadership capabilities.
• Experience managing backlogs efficiently.
• Strong track record of ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• SQL proficiency for querying and understanding data (not database development or prototyping).
• Willingness to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of market structure (preferred).
• Experience in the broker-dealer industry (preferred).
• Background in financial services (preferred).

Skills

• Data management and analysis (nice to have).
• Knowledge of audit trails (nice to have).
• Regulatory/compliance domain expertise (nice to have).
• Familiarity with AI tools for querying and analysis (advantageous).
