Description Works directly with cross functional team of the organization to develop marketing programs and tools that will help champion and drive internal adoption of our brand foundations to provide a cohesive customer experience across all the different touchpoints.This person needs to have previous experience defining execution plans that connect with a larger strategic context.Needs to understand how to translate brand foundations like Purpose, Personality, Principles and Value Proposition into tactical executions for internal and external customers.Has experience partnering with different cross-functional teams across the organization.Supports the development of resources that guide internal teams on how to effectively bring to life the brand experienceGuides and drives adoption of the the brand visual identity and voice across all the different cross functional and international marketing teamsWork-cross functionally to align key stakeholders, including legal, regulatory, compliance and commercial teams.Help teams adhere brand guidelines in their team processesServe as a consultant for cross functional teams to help adhere to brand foundations in different initiativesPartners with internal communication and events team to ensure alignment on brand representationPartners with Corporate Marketing to ensure alignment with the corporate brandPartners with Trademark on renewals and new registrations Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with at least 4 years' experience, in marketing or brand strategy, or MBA with 3 years of related experience.4+ years' experience in brand marketingProven ability to build relationships and navigate complex, external organizations to identify internal champions and influence decision-makersStrong negotiation skills, with an emphasis on driving partner valueStrong collaborator who can build relationships across the organizationAbility to context switch and ramp up quickly on new topicsClear communication, structured thinking, organization, and project management skillsExperience working for customer experience, brand building centric companies California Fair Chance Act Synectics Inc. will consider qualified applicants with a criminal history pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act.
