Product Manager

About the role

As a Product Manager, you'll partner closely with our VP of Product to transform strategic vision into products customers love. You'll lead discovery, prioritize initiatives, and work alongside software engineers, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the entire product lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with execution, thriving in fast-moving environments, and helping shape products that make a measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive product execution from discovery through launch
• Partner with customers to uncover needs and translate insights into product decisions
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
• Define product success metrics and monitor performance
• Help prepare products for successful market launches
• Manage competing priorities while adapting to changing business and customer needs
• Continuously improve product management processes and team effectiveness

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in software or SaaS
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Comfort working with AI-assisted development tools and modern product workflows
• The ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• A passion for continuous improvement and delivering outstanding customer experiences

Qualifications

• Experience in Automotive, F&I, SaaS, or data products is a plus
