Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Partnering with the VP of Product to execute and refine the product strategy for your portfolio
• Ensuring product strategy and execution are aligned with company objectives
• Supporting customer discovery sessions and synthesizing insights into actionable product decisions
• Working cross-functionally to maintain alignment and communication with all stakeholders
• Following product management best practices and defining metrics for health and success for each product in the portfolio
• Bridging the gap between strategic direction (set by VP of Product) and day-to-day execution
• Contributing to GTM readiness by partnering with the VP of Product on launch preparation, stakeholder alignment, and release communication

• Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders across the organization.
• Accurately communicate objectives, organizational benefits, and risks.
• Monitor relevant success metrics and share data as needed.

• Stay on task and on plan, but adapt to the realities of internal and customer teams.
• Manage and communicate the impact of changes to all relevant stakeholders in a timely, professional manner.
• Relationship Management
• Build and maintain healthy relationships with team members.
• Engage in positive communication and actively discourage negative or toxic behavior.
• Process Improvement
• Understand current product management processes and suggest improvements to the process owner.
• Provide data that highlights opportunities for improvement and follow through on changes.
