Product Manager
What We’re Looking For
- Own and manage product performance, including features, functionality, defects, client experience, and overall product quality.
- Identify process gaps, track defects, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
- Define and support the end-to-end client experience across product lifecycle stages, from onboarding through ongoing usage and support.
- Gather and analyze client and market feedback through user groups, surveys, and industry forums to inform product improvements.
- Conduct market research to assess competitive offerings, pricing, customer needs, and emerging trends.
- Develop and execute product strategy, including SWOT analysis, multi-year roadmaps, and business cases for new initiatives.
- Lead product lifecycle activities from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, pricing, revenue forecasts, and go-to-market strategies.
- Create and maintain product health metrics, reports, and performance insights for leadership.

What You Need
- 3+ years’ experience in product management required; 3+ years’ experience in the banking or payments industry preferred, especially in payment card processing and/or instant money movement solutions such as FedNow and RTP.
- Ability to review data sets, graphs, and charts to identify data patterns and trends and research correlation and causality and must be able to comprehend and evaluate technically complex information.
- Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
