Product Manager
About the role
Sela is the market-leading AI voice agent for mortgage lenders. Founded in 2024, we've grown rapidly, serving 5 of the 10 largest independent mortgage banks in the U.S., and have raised $21M across our Seed and Series A rounds from top investors. Our mission is to disrupt the $100B phone sales industry and provide essential AI infrastructure for high-value consumer sales.
Responsibilities
- Launch new agent use cases and ensure excellent performance through our evals and simulations systems
- Develop and extend internal systems for automatically assembling and maintaining agents
- Conceive and implement complex new use cases, such as pulling credit and presenting loan products
- Perform independent data analysis to guide future product development
- Own and optimize key systems, including call scheduling, phone number selection, and maximizing outcomes for voicemail
Requirements
We're looking for a 2+ years of PM experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment. Strong data and analytical skills are crucial, along with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
