Product Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product strategy for identity, access management, and permissions frameworks
- Develop guardrails and approval workflows that govern system actions and enforce responsible usage
- Build and manage audit and traceability features, ensuring complete visibility into system behavior and user interactions
- Lead the development of evaluation and monitoring tools that validate system performance and consistency over time
- Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into scalable, productized solutions
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and leadership to drive product direction and execution
- Establish frameworks for secure deployment across various environments, including restricted or isolated systems
- Drive roadmap prioritization for trust and assurance features that influence enterprise adoption
- Communicate product vision, trade-offs, and progress clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
Compensation & Benefits
- $150,000-$200,000

Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience with increasing ownership and scope
- Proven experience building enterprise platform products, governance systems, or compliance-focused solutions
- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts (e.g., role-based and attribute-based access control)
- Experience designing systems for auditability, observability, or evaluation of complex applications
- Familiarity with building or managing AI-powered or non-deterministic systems
- Ability to translate regulatory or compliance requirements into product features
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience working within regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or government
- Familiarity with monitoring, evaluation, or observability tools
- Understanding of identity platforms or security frameworks
- Background supporting both commercial and regulated market segments
