We’re hiring a SaaS Product Manager to join our leading team solving a $850B returns problem. Imagine rebuilding how the world handles returns. Retailers have optimized forward commerce for decades. Returns? Still fragmented. Still manual. Still destroying margin. We’re changing that. ReturnPro is building the software operating system for reverse logistics - a platform that connects returns processing, refurbishment, resale, and recovery analytics into one unified SaaS ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for a reverse logistics SaaS platform used by major retailers
• Translate complex supply chain workflows into scalable software
• Drive automation across returns processing, refurbishment, and recovery paths
• Work directly with engineering, UX, and operations to ship meaningful product improvements
• Turn fragmented returns data into actionable recovery intelligence
• Help transform returns from a cost center into a recovery engine

Qualifications

• You understand how to build software that solves real operational problems and can turn messy workflows into elegant product design
• This role involves real ownership and real impact, not managing a mature SaaS product with incremental improvements
