About the Opportunity
The Product Manager role is designed for an early-to-mid career professional passionate about technology and interested in the intersection of science, software, and AI. This position contributes to shaping AI-driven scientific software by translating customer needs and business objectives into product capabilities, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable solutions to clients in various industrial sectors.
Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of product roadmaps aligned with strategy and customer needs.
- Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for features and enhancements.
- Collaborate across teams to influence customer engagement approaches.
- Analyze customer feedback and product usage to identify improvement opportunities.
- Work with engineering and AI/ML teams through development cycles to ensure successful delivery.
- Understand customer workflows and challenges in scientific and industrial environments.
- Prioritize product backlog based on impact, value, feasibility, and strategy.
- Participate in market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews.
- Support go-to-market activities including product launches and customer enablement.
- Define and monitor product metrics related to adoption, satisfaction, and impact.
- Maintain product documentation and internal enablement materials.
- Advocate for customers while balancing technical and business priorities.
- Stay informed on trends in AI, machine learning, scientific computing, and enterprise software.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Chemistry, Materials Science, Physics, or related field.
- 1–5 years' experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, consulting, software implementation, or related roles.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for new technologies and industries.
- Experience with SaaS products or enterprise software.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methods.
- Ability to translate customer requirements into product specifications or user stories.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Compensation
- Base salary range $110,000 - $135,000 depending on experience and geographic location.
