What You'll Do
- Own the performance of assigned product portfolios, including growth, profitability, supply continuity, lifecycle management, and long-term business sustainability.
- Serve as the product management leader for the Marlborough manufacturing site, translating business priorities into operational execution.
- Influence manufacturing strategy, sourcing decisions, capacity allocation, and supply network optimization.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to resolve complex product, supply, quality, operational, and customer-related challenges.
- Drive alignment and accountability across commercial, manufacturing, technology, quality, procurement, and supply chain teams.
- Develop and execute portfolio strategies that improve competitiveness, operational effectiveness, and business performance.
- Support strategic growth initiatives through lifecycle optimization, cost reduction, risk mitigation, and manufacturing improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, engineering, or related fields.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and business initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in electronic materials, specialty chemicals, electronics manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, or related industries.
- Experience in semiconductor, advanced packaging, or other technology-driven markets.
- Knowledge of R&D, manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and product lifecycle management.
- Experience supporting manufacturing scale-up, product transfers, or commercialization activities.
- Familiarity with SAP.
