Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage customer requests, communications, and ongoing relationship needs.
• Monitor priorities, projects, orders, and operational issues across the product line.
• Participate in production and internal meetings while ensuring clear communication between customers and internal teams.
• Manage RMAs, quality concerns, delivery issues, and other escalations.
• Track product-line KPIs and identify areas requiring corrective action.
• Qualify new opportunities and support initiatives that grow the product line.
• Maintain accurate information within CRM and internal systems.

Requirements

Hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of manufacturing, customers, and commercial growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, customer relationship management, and operational coordination.
• Comfortable moving between the production floor, internal teams, and customer-facing opportunities.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Experience with CRM and internal systems.

• Base salary: $60k - $70k+, depending on experience.
