About the role
PPLIED is a hands-free hiring platform designed to streamline the experience for both recruiters and job seekers. Recruiters post a role once and receive a daily shortlist of top-matched candidates automatically, eliminating the need for job boards, manual searching, and placement fees. Job seekers upload a resume once and are matched and applied to real roles on their behalf, removing the need for repetitive applications and cover letters. Both sides benefit from a free, automated, and direct communication process when interest is mutual. PPLIED focuses on solving two major hiring challenges within a single, user-friendly platform.
