Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field and 3 years of experience in Product Management or a related occupation.
  • Alternatively, a Master’s degree in the same fields and 1 year of experience in Product Management or a related occupation.
  • 1 year of experience in:
    • Managing technical products from conception to launch or from delivery to sunsetting.
    • Synthesizing technical and business options into credible solutions.
    • Analyzing product market challenges, competitor functionalities, and external trends.
    • Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, and finance.
    • Prioritizing user goals and needs during solution brainstorming.

Responsibilities

  • Define product roadmaps and strategic visions by analyzing market landscapes, user needs, and competitive insights to secure stakeholder buy-in.
  • Create comprehensive product requirements documents (PRDs) that prioritize user expectations, security standards, and business goals to guide technical development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, legal, and marketing to align development efforts with go-to-market plans.
  • Prioritize project features and execution schedules in partnership with engineering to resolve technical challenges and manage trade-offs.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from launch to retirement by coordinating approvals, documentation, and compliance across all partner teams.
  • Establish quantitative and qualitative success metrics to track product performance, validate opportunities, and drive data-informed iterations.

Pay

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000 - $198,000 + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location.
