Responsibilities
- Lead software development projects from conception to deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers
- Manage project timelines and resources efficiently
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in software development
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Git, and Jenkins
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript)
- Experience with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL)
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
- Understanding of software design patterns and principles
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines

Pay
