What You Will Do
- Contribute to the growth and success of a product by delivering on the product roadmap and working with stakeholders to define features, gather requirements, and address internal needs in alignment with company goals and market trends.
- Lead day-to-day execution of products within scope across all phases, from ideation and design to development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Monitor and help establish goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product success and inform continuous improvement.
- Advocate for customers by understanding their needs, gathering feedback, and ensuring products deliver strong user experiences.
- Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and other stakeholders to prioritize features, resolve challenges, and maintain alignment on goals.
- Take ownership and accountability for work. Look for problems and inefficiencies within your scope and contribute effective, practical solutions.
- Create and maintain clear product documentation as a single source of truth.
- Communicate updates, requirements, and progress effectively.
- Provide education for internal & external customers on product offerings, features, benefits & value propositions.
What You Need To Succeed
- 2+ Years of demonstrated success as a Product Manager or related role.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical messages, clearly communicate benefits & tradeoffs to provide clarity & direction.
- Solid business acumen with the ability to complete actionable market analysis, generate feedback and optimize product offerings.
- Flexibility, with the ability to adjust and change direction as the business & tech environments evolve & change.
- Entrepreneurial spirit; unchartered territories & problems are energizing.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to drive progress through cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and with internal and external stakeholders.
