Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the execution of product strategies for the North American market using market, customer, and competitor insights.
- Aid in managing the full product lifecycle from concept through launch, optimization, and discontinuation.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product decisions.
- Help define product specifications, features, and value propositions aligned to customer pain points.
- Work closely with global R&D, design, and sourcing teams to support product development projects.
- Contribute to product briefs, specifications, and development documentation.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and risks to support on-time delivery.
- Participate in product testing, validation, and feedback loops.
- Support successful product launches by coordinating with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Aid in go-to-market planning including pricing, packaging, and promotional inputs.
- Prepare sales tools, product training materials, and launch communications.
- Maintain post-launch performance and gather insights to inform improvements.
Product & Market Execution
- Engage with distributors, sales teams, and end users to gather product feedback.
- Participate in tradeshows, customer visits, and industry events across the North American region.
- Bring the voice of the customer into product decisions.
Commercial & Business Support
- Contribute to business cases for new products, range extensions, and refreshes.
- Track product performance, margins, and key KPIs post-launch.
- Support range reviews and rationalization activities.
Compliance & Quality Support
- Ensure products meet US and Canadian regulatory, safety, and quality standards prior to launch.
- Assist with issue resolution relating to quality, compliance, or performance where required.
