Product Manager

Your Responsibilities

• Own product strategy from insight to execution.
• Own what we build and where we expand, work directly with customers to validate direction, partner with engineering on technical strategy, and ensure our roadmap positions us to win in IAM.
• Architect our platform to unify human and non-human identity governance across hybrid environments by making sense of on-prem AD, cloud IAM, SaaS apps, and AI agents.
• Lead our evolution from fast and flexible to enterprise-grade at scale without losing what developers love about us.
• Drive category creation and position Opal as the authorization intelligence layer, not just another point solution in a crowded IAM landscape.
• Define the future for Opal and for Identity

• Builds platforms, not just features: you understand API strategy, developer experience, and how to create extensible systems that others build on.
• Thrives in undefined spaces: you get energized by ambiguous problems where there's no playbook. You'd rather figure out what to build than refine an existing roadmap.
• Works across the stack: you're comfortable talking technical architecture with engineers, doing the boring admin work, and owning business outcomes with customers.
