We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes Job Summary, Job Location, Job Responsibilities, Job Requirements, Job Compensation, What CRH Offers You, About CRH. Also maybe Benefits? The compensation includes benefits. We need to use

for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content accordingly. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to strip out the "Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Also remove "Once you click apply now..." etc. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include: - Job Summary (maybe as About the role? Could be "About the role" heading). Use

About the role

then

with summary. - Job Location: maybe as a short

(not a heading). Could be included under About the role? But we can include a separate

for location. - Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

then
  • each. - Job Requirements:

    Requirements

    then
    • each. - Job Compensation: includes base salary range, bonus, benefits. Could be split into Pay and Benefits sections. The instruction: Use headings for Pay, Benefits, Schedule. So we need to create Pay section if posting states salary. It does: Base salary range of 115,000-145,000 per year Bonus opportunity- Annual Target 10%. So we can put Pay:

      Pay

Base salary range of $115,000‑$145,000 per year, with an annual target bonus of 10%.

      - Benefits: The posting lists: 401(k) plan / group retirement savings program, Short-term and long-term disability benefits, Life insurance, Health, dental, and vision insurance, Paid time off, Paid holidays. Also "What CRH Offers You" includes: Highly competitive base pay (duplicate), Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs, Group retirement savings program, Health and wellness programs, An inclusive culture... We need to combine benefits info. We should not duplicate. We'll create Benefits section with list of benefits: 401(k) / group retirement savings, short‑term and long‑term disability, life insurance, health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, health and wellness programs. Possibly also mention inclusive culture? That's more about culture, maybe not benefit. We'll keep as benefit. - Schedule: The posting mentions hybrid role based out of plant in Avon, CT. Travel expected 35%. No explicit schedule like full-time, but we could infer full-time. However instruction: never create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It does not state schedule like "full-time", "part-time", "shift". So we should not create Schedule section. - About CRH: Could be a section "About the company" but not in allowed headings list. Allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put About CRH under "About the role"? But that's not accurate. However we could omit About CRH if not matching allowed headings? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples, not exclusive? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect us to use those headings when appropriate. If we have content that doesn't fit, we could still use a heading like "About the company" but not in list. Safer to stick to allowed headings. We could incorporate About CRH into a paragraph under "About the role" or maybe under "Benefits"? Not ideal. Perhaps we can create a section "About the company" but risk not following instruction. The instruction says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests using those. To be safe, we could use "About the role" for the job summary and location, and then maybe "About the company" as a

without heading? But they said use

for section headings. If we don't use heading for About CRH, it's just a paragraph, which is okay. However they might expect we include a heading for each section we output. But they said "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". So we can output a heading only if we have content. If we have About CRH content, we need a heading. Could we map it to "About the role"? Not really. Could we map to "Qualifications"? No. Could we map to "Skills"? No. Could we map to "Benefits"? No. Could we map to "Pay"? No. Could we map to "Schedule"? No. Thus maybe we should omit About CRH content? But instruction says preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include it somewhere. We could include it as a

without a heading, but then we are not using

for that section. The rule: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't say every paragraph must be under a heading, but likely they expect sections. However we could treat About CRH as part of "About the role" by expanding that heading to include both role and company overview. That might be acceptable: Under

      About the role

we can have paragraphs covering job summary, location, and company description. That would preserve all info. Thus:

      About the role

Then Responsibilities, Requirements, Pay, Benefits. We need to strip out duplicated lines and boilerplate. Ensure we don't include "Job ID: 529019 Exempt". Also remove "Oldcastle, a CRH company, is reinventing what's possible..." maybe that's part of company description; we already have About CRH. Could keep a brief intro but it's somewhat generic. Might be considered boilerplate? It's descriptive of Oldcastle. Could keep as part of About CRH? Might be okay. We need to ensure we don't include application instructions: "Once you click apply now..." etc. Remove. Also remove EEO statements. Now craft HTML. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's draft:
