Product Manager
About the role
The Product Manager will lead the development and delivery of NODA’s autonomous orchestration platform, working directly with customers to define requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for autonomous orchestration solutions
- Work directly with defense, intelligence, and commercial customers to understand requirements and translate them into actionable product features
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to prioritize development efforts and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
- Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to customer deployment
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product positioning
- Develop go-to-market strategies and support business development efforts with technical product expertise
- Manage product launches and coordinate with customers on successful deployment and integration
- Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve product offerings and customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of product management experience leading hardware-software integrated products, with hands-on involvement in defining and delivering end-to-end systems spanning hardware, firmware, and software
- Strong understanding of how software, firmware, and hardware interact in real-world, production systems
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound, data-driven product decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional and multi-stakeholder product development initiatives
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Qualifications
