Responsibilities

• Validate - Research, collate VOC, aggregate market data, mine usage analytics and present the results to Sr. PMs, designers, etc. for decisions on what to build next. Shadow customer engagements for exposure and experience
• Plan - Draft Initiatives and Epics for handoff to Sr. PM (who will work with design and architecture), including key acceptance
