About The Role Mytra’s Product team is looking for a Product Manager to drive the strategic development of our next-generation warehouse automation platform. This role is perfect for a product leader who wants to work at the intersection of cutting-edge robotics, AI software, and hardware systems. This is a hands-on IC role. You'll gather requirements from customers and the field, translate between engineering and commercial teams, and make prioritization calls where hardware constraints, software capability, and customer commitments conflict. The role rewards someone early enough in their career to want reps on hard, ambiguous problems, and strong enough to be trusted with them. What You'll Do Drive product development and execution through cross functional collaboration, alignment with internal and external stakeholders and clearly defined goals.Collaborate with engineering to balance hardware constraints with software capabilities and customer requirements.Leverage data and analytics to measure product performance and drive continuous improvements.Drive competitive analysis and positioning against traditional automation and emerging robotics solutions.Ensure products meet industrial standards for safety, reliability, and performance in warehouse environments.Coordinate with operations teams on manufacturing scalability, supply chain optimization, and quality assurance.
