Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a clear and compelling product vision to guide development of AI product development.
  • Identify market opportunities and conduct thorough market research.
  • Define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on user feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility, alongside development partners.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring high-quality, user-centric, and scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and clinical experts, to deliver products that meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, administrators, and executives, to understand their needs and communicate product updates effectively.
  • Conduct regular meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather feedback, share progress, and align stakeholders on the product strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Information Technology.
  • Minimum of 2 years in product management experience.
  • Healthcare experience required.
  • Preferred Experience: Familiarity with data abstraction, electronic medical records, FHIR, HL7, AI, cyber security in healthcare, complex algorithms, and clinical pathways.
  • Positive and optimistic problem solver who understands the importance of thinking big.
  • Highly entrepreneurial mindset and interested in taking ideas from zero-to-1.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare IT systems.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven and analytical mindset.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and patient privacy standards.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Additional Job Description

  • Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: 8-10 years.
