Product Manager

About the role

Responsibilities

You'll help shape and deliver products across the areas listed above. You'll work closely with customers to understand the problems they're trying to solve, then partner with Engineering, UX, Operations and Sales to turn those needs into products. You'll be involved across the full product lifecycle - discovery, roadmap, prioritization, delivery, launch and ongoing improvement.

Requirements

• Product Management experience within SaaS, fintech, payments, ecommerce or digital products
• Experience taking customer-facing products from idea through launch
• Strong customer discovery and stakeholder management skills
• Experience building and prioritizing product roadmaps
• Confidence working closely with engineering teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in an environment where not everything is already defined
• A real interest in AI and how it can be used within products and product development
• Experience within payments, card issuance, authentication, identity or financial services would be a big plus, but isn't essential

Location: Onsite in the Greater Boston area, near Dedham, MA. Candidates must already be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
