Product Manager

About the role

Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering product improvements in a technical environment, working cross-functionally to develop and sustain engineering projects and equipment enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to define requirements, develop project plans, and prioritize tasks.
• Coach engineers on project management processes, support tradeoff analysis, and manage resource constraints.
• Handle field escalations and quality issues, set communication standards, and provide progress reports.
• Support ROI and financial analyses for upgrades and retrofits.
• Contribute to post-project reviews.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong management, organizational, and planning skills with experience managing multi-discipline engineering projects.
• Technical background in product development or project management.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment configuration is preferred.
• Project management certification and semiconductor equipment experience are desirable.
