Product Manager

Role: Senior Product Manager responsible for leading AI risk management products within a risk intelligence platform for the construction industry. Responsibilities Define product strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with customer needs and company goals.Identify new market opportunities and shape innovative products and segments.Drive prioritization, influence senior stakeholders, and shape company-level decisions.Mentor senior product team members and set standards for discovery, prioritization, and delivery.Ensure continuous customer discovery and validate opportunities through research and engagement.Own AI product quality, defining use cases, evaluation criteria, and maintaining trustworthiness.Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver solutions.Build trusted relationships with strategic customers and external partners. Qualifications & Skills 8+ years in product management, especially in B2B SaaS solutions.Proven experience in strategy, roadmap execution, and driving outcomes at scale.Expertise in AI product development, including use cases, evals, and guardrails.Strong communication skills to align senior leadership and mentor teams.Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, early-stage environments.Bonus: Construction industry experience or related domain knowledge.
