Product Manager
About the Role
We’re seeking a driven Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of features that enhance the experience for our users and internal stakeholders. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap, translate customer needs into solutions, and ensure our platform evolves to meet the demands of a growing market.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Define and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with company goals and user needs.
- Use data, research, and market insights to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that communicates priorities and progress to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Associate Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and Design teams to prioritize and deliver high-quality features.
- Communicate product plans, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to enable successful product launches.
- Define clear, actionable requirements for new features and improvements through user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Manage product development from ideation to release, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze product performance post-launch, using data to iterate and improve.
- Act as the voice of the customer by deeply understanding their needs and advocating for solutions.
- Build relationships with users and gather insights to inform product direction
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in product management, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with engineering teams.
- Proven ability to define and deliver successful digital products or features.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a user-centric approach to product development.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B, logistics, or workforce solutions industries.
- Knowledge of workforce travel or accommodation management challenges.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
