The Opportunity
We are hiring a Product Manager to lead specific product initiatives from concept through to product-market fit. This role involves hands-on involvement, where you will own an experiment or a small set of experiments, get the product into real users' hands, gather honest feedback, and iteratively refine the product towards achieving market fit. You will work closely with ML, inference, and engineering teams, and may pivot your focus based on evolving priorities.

Technically fluent and AI-native: You are comfortable discussing advanced topics with ML and inference engineers and use AI and coding tools to test and prototype hypotheses.
Conviction without stubbornness: You maintain a clear perspective and adjust it based on evidence, and you can quickly start working on a project with minimal support.
The Work
Own one or more active product experiments end-to-end and drive them toward product-market fit.
Turn vague, high-energy ideas into detailed, executable product requirements that engineers can build against.
Put the product in real users' hands early, gather genuine feedback, and continuously improve based on this feedback.
Ruthlessly prioritize: decide what to build now, what to defer, and what to eliminate.
Must-Have Experience
An engineering, ML, or computer science background with practical technical skills, allowing you to engage with ML researchers and understand the nuances of different techniques.
A strong inclination towards action: you use AI and coding tools to prototype and test hypotheses, generating higher-quality insights compared to those derived from extensive research.
Demonstrated ability to shape product direction and prioritize features, not just execute on existing plans.
The capability to transform ambiguous ideas into concrete, actionable plans, even with limited support.
Nice-to-Have Experience
Enterprise product experience: the skills needed to bring a new enterprise product to market and succeed in the enterprise environment.
Experience at an AI/ML company or on AI-powered products.
Familiarity with edge or on-device inference, agent-based harnesses, evaluation methods, or observability tools.

You successfully own a product initiative from conception to product-market fit, backed by real user feedback.
Engineers under your guidance move faster due to your clear and prioritized requirements.
You have developed a repeatable process for getting products into user hands and using their feedback to make informed decisions.
