About the role
The Product Manager will be responsible for taking Limbic's Access product to scale in the US market. The role involves managing the product's day-to-day operations, including setting priorities, triaging issues, and ensuring the team stays focused on delivering value.
Responsibilities
- Run the team's ceremonies: effective, alignment-creating, always followed up on.
- Own roadmap prioritization, understanding the projects in play, weighing their relative impact, and sequencing them based on customer signal and user feedback.
- Triage the inbound: bugs, debt, CS asks, scope additions, separating real issues from noise and deciding what gets iterated when.
- Scope and define the work, writing project overviews the team can act on, ensuring the next-highest-value project is always lined up.
- Own the incident loop: triage, root cause, fix, follow-up, holding engineers accountable while providing necessary support.
- Keep the product well instrumented, mixing Panel today and whatever's next, ensuring the team can answer its own questions from the data and reading user behavior out of it.
- Protect engineering focus, holding the line on scope creep from any sources, and checking in 1:1 mid-cycle with anyone who's blocked or drifting.
Requirements
- Shipped product before, ideally in multiple roles.
- Comfortable with engineers and engineering concepts, building strong mental models for how products work and applying them in daily tasks.
- Writes clearly and quickly, thinks clearly from first principles, and critically uses data to make decisions.
- Can pull insights, interrogate how they were generated, and reason about what they actually mean.
- Uses AI to write PRDs and goes beyond using AI to influence product decisions.
- Builds products that create repeatable value, distinguishing them from one-offs that introduce drag and tech debt.
- Experience in healthcare is a plus, but not required. Knowledge of EHR integration and health-data standards (HL7, FHIR) is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Comfortable making tough decisions and being held accountable for results.
- Ability to manage a high-pressure environment with a clear set of projects to execute on.
- Strong communication skills to represent Limbic to customers professionally.
