For our client, a leader in the Information Technology space, we are seeking a Product Manager to shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution.
About the role
You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product roadmap for key components of the company’s clearinghouse offering
- Collaborate with a high-performing team that regularly delivers product updates
- Engage directly with leadership, including the Head of Product and the CEO, to influence product strategy
- Draft and refine complex product documentation and gather requirements from healthcare customers
- Work with design to create mockups and wireframes, and with engineering for feature delivery
- Measure and analyze product performance to drive engagement and improvement opportunities
- Lend expertise on various product initiatives to enhance the company’s overall offerings
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of product management experience with a proven record of successful product delivery
- 2+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management, especially with eligibility verification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or technical field, or equivalent coding experience
- Demonstrated experience in driving product adoption and managing a product roadmap
- Ability to communicate complex customer needs to technical teams
- Strong curiosity and desire for high-quality outcomes
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Pay
$110,000 – $130,000 annually
