About the role
Help real people breathe better, build cutting-edge AI apps, and make a lasting impact at Kivo Health. We just raised our Series A and are looking for our first product manager to help build our tech-enabled healthcare clinic. This is an in-office role in Seattle only. Join our talented team, which includes a former NASA engineer, a Stanford MD, and a multi-time YC founder with one exit.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with Engineering and Operations to create new UI/UX addressing patient and operational needs.
- Own KPIs that drive our core business.
- Design and build AI-based workflows (e.g., reduce charting time from 40 minutes to 5 minutes).
- Analyze variables driving enrollment conversion in collaboration with Engineering.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a product manager at a tech company.
- Thrive on understanding user needs, both internal and external.
- Get a dopamine hit from improved metrics.
- Passion for building AI-driven product experiences and workflows.
- Enjoy collaborating with Engineering to solve problems.
- Excited to work directly with company founders and at a startup.
- Strong desire to make a positive impact on people’s lives.
- Write SQL with AI to analyze metrics yourself.
- Located in Seattle (or planning to move here).
We're Not a Good Fit If
- You prefer working at large companies.
- You don’t want to live and work in Seattle.
Your first 90 days
- 0-30: Get to know our business, team, product, KPIs, and OKRs.
- 30-60: Investigate and increase enrollment rate by 10% by designing and shipping changes to our onboarding flow.
- 60-90: Design and ship new exercise features for our lung maintenance program, Kivo Beyond.
