Product Manager
Core Responsibilities
- Take part in an organization that is on an exciting and fast paced journey to transform risk management through technology
- Solicit feedback from users and work with business leaders to discover unmet needs to inform your product strategy and roadmap
- Manage and reimagine a suite of Operational Risk Management products in support of risk oversight programs, risk advisory & challenge functions and oversight
- Lead an integrated cross-functional team of engineers, data analysts, and business SMEs to design and build innovative solutions
- Be a thought leader in how we might leverage Machine Learning and AI to drive proactive, real-time risk management
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product experience (agile delivery, product analysis)
- Able to manage and reimagine a suite of Operational Risk Management products
- Experience leading an integrated cross-functional team of engineers, data analysts, and business SMEs
- Passionate about Risk Management: Recognize that Risk Management is the Business and be passionate about enabling proactive, data driven risk management
- Data Driven: Love investigating data and learning how data is used to drive business value & passionate about helping the business re-imagine how they use data and leverage technology to unlock insights
- Team Leader: Enjoy working with diverse people and driving the team toward a common goal
- Passionate & Customer Focus: Care about growing others and bringing them together around what’s possible & enjoy working directly with internal customers to understand their needs and build products they love
- Communicator & Influencer: Can communicate complex ideas clearly regardless of your audience

Pay
The approximate pay range for this position is between $40.00 and $56.00 per hour, W2. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
