Product Manager

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Defining the product vision and strategy in line with the business goals.
• Gathering and prioritizing customer and client requirements to ensure the product meets user needs while achieving competitive advantage.
• Working with engineering teams to deliver functional solutions promptly.
• Routinely reviewing market trends and staying updated on the competitive landscape to adjust product direction accordingly.
• Creating buy-in for the product vision with internal and external stakeholders.
• Developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) of the product's success and pivoting strategies when necessary.
• Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to ensure a successful product launch and sustained promotion.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• A master's degree in Business or product management is highly advantageous.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Product Manager (CPM) or Agile Certified Product Manager and Product Owner (ACPMPO) are highly regarded.
• Experience with product management tools and methodologies, including Agile frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills paired with a keen sense of market dynamics and user-experience design.
• Proven experience in product management roles, ideally within the Manufacturing industry or similar fields.
• Possess excellent knowledge of AUTOCAD.
• Ability to use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project.
