Product Manager
About the role
The Warewash Division of Illinois Tool Works (ITW) in Troy, Ohio seeks an in‑office Product Manager to support and grow the FEG Warewash business. The division produces Hobart, Stero and Somat branded commercial dishwashers, waste equipment and disposers used in hotels, retail, restaurants, cruise ships, schools, universities and other environments. As an industry leader, the role champions the voice of the customer with engineering and product development teams, provides support to sales development managers and the field sales organization, and works with the Marketing Team to identify new market opportunities, manage the product portfolio, develop marketing plans, define product training requirements, and create programs that ensure the field sales, dealer and consultant communities have accurate product knowledge and a clear sales narrative for the Hobart line.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics, and translate those insights into product specifications, business plans, and value propositions for the U.S. commercial dishwashing market.
- Develop and execute tactical marketing plans, lead new product launches, and manage the product portfolio lifecycle by leveraging customer research, field observations, market data
