Product Manager
Job Summary
We're hiring a Product Manager, Ascend to help shape the next chapter of our fastest-growing product line. The role will support the core Ascend roadmap and day-to-day product execution.
Responsibilities
- Support roadmap planning and execution across core Ascend platform initiatives.
- Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Partner with Engineering and Design through discovery, build, launch, and iteration.
- Help prioritize backlog items based on impact, effort, and business goals.
- Cook up cross-functional execution with Product, Data, Commercial, and Customer Success.
- Track product performance and adoption metrics; surface insights and recommendations.
- Gather feedback from internal teams and customers to inform feature improvements.
- Maintain strong product documentation, release notes, and internal enablement materials.
- Support UAT, rollout readiness, and post-launch follow-up.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years of product management experience, or equivalent experience in product operations, analytics, consulting, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and execution skills; able to manage multiple workstreams.
- Experience querying databases using SQL
- Comfortable writing requirements and collaborating with technical teams.
- Data-informed mindset with ability to interpret metrics and turn insights into action.
- Clear written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, curious, and energized by a high-growth environment where the roadmap evolves quickly.
Pay
The base salary range for this role is $85,000-$130,000
