Overview HireRight is looking for a Product Manager who can be a market, customer, and user expert supporting our customer reporting and analytics to provide insights into their background screening programs. Our applications and integrations teams deliver applicant and client facing portals along with integrations powered by our APIs to facilitate the screening process. It is a strategic product team within the organization and their work powers the best background screening and monitoring business in the industry. They will collaborate with a globally distributed product development organization and establish close partnerships across the business to create, build, and deliver innovative and differentiated B2B SaaS products and services to market from ideation to launch. The Product Manager will deliver customer-focused products and services that increase efficiency and speed up time-to-hire for HireRight’s customers including many of the world’s most innovative and successful companies. This is an exciting role for a strategic and innovative individual to reimagine and drive our reporting products working closely with our Enterprise Data Management team. Responsibilities Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap priorities based on market, customer, regulatory, and business needsCreating epic and feature level requirements for agile delivery teamsDrive entire product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and go-to-market activitiesPractice data-informed decision-making and demonstrate deep understanding of critical business drivers and KPIs to help achieve product/market fitPartner with user experience (UX) and product design team to conduct user research, design sprints, prototyping, usability testing, interviews, focus groups, surveys, and data analysisEstablish a feedback loop with customers, users, and partners to understand their pain points and identify new products and services that meet their needs and exceed their expectationsCollaborate with engineering teams to prioritize features and create actionable requirementsIdentify new market opportunities, develop business cases, and present to senior leadership for sponsorship, budgeting, prioritization, and resourcingCollaborate with go-to-market teams on product positioning, pricing, and merchandisingClearly communicate and build consensus with agile teams, stakeholders and leadership.Participates and contributes to marketing events, conferences and webinars and act as an evangelist and thought leader in the space Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, a related field, and/or equivalent work experience3+ years of experience defining, building, and launching successful B2B SaaS productsExperience overseeing product strategy, roadmap, and requirements definitionExperience leading and collaborating with large distributed and cross-functional teamsExperience with product delivery from ideation through launch and go-to-market activities What Do We Offer In exchange for your expertise, HireRight offers an excellent employee benefit package which includes: Medical Dental Vision Paid Life/AD&D Insurance Voluntary Life Insurance Short & Long Term Disability Flexible Spending Accounts 401K Generous Vacation and Sick Program 10 Paid Holidays Education Assistance Program Business Casual Attire Generous Referral Program Employee Discounts and Rewards And much more!
