You’ll be a key contributor on a lean but high-impact product team, helping build and scale core features and systems.
- Drive the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration across core product experiences (e.g. onboarding, navigation, content discovery, community tools, engagement loops, or internal tooling).
- Establish clear product goals, success metrics, and roadmaps that align with company OKRs and user needs.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and operations to bring features to life in a way that balances speed and quality.
- Design hypotheses, run A/B tests, and implement learnings quickly to evolve the product based on insights.
- Develop a deep understanding of the user journey, pain points, and behaviors—leveraging interviews, surveys, analytics, and feedback to inform decisions.
- Help shape entirely new product surfaces and scale MVPs into robust, extensible systems.
- Monitor product performance, triage bugs, and continuously improve team processes, tooling, and quality standards.
- Help establish best practices and rituals around product thinking, team alignment, and cross-functional collaboration.
Who You Are
- Have 2+ years of product management experience, ideally within early to mid-stage product teams.
- Shipped high-impact features or owned end-to-end product areas from idea to execution.
- Fully fluent in working with cross-functional teams and turning ambiguity into structure.
- Have a strong product sense and care deeply about intuitive, delightful user experiences.
- Able to define metrics, analyze product performance, and guide decisions with both qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Understand the technical stack well enough to communicate effectively with engineers and assess trade-offs.
- Proactive, outcome-driven, and comfortable leading initiatives in environments where priorities shift quickly.
- Bonus: Experience with wallet-native experiences or API-driven reward infrastructure.
