Product Manager

About the role

Define product strategy and vision, and develop product roadmaps from ideation to launch. Make decisions on new products or enhancements to bring to market within the Middle and Back Revenue Cycle portfolio. Evaluate potential business process changes, system impacts, and flow concepts to determine viability of enhancements. Facilitate product teams and diverse stakeholder groups throughout the product management life cycle. Perform internal and external discovery for new and existing products, validating solutions with end users. Track outcomes and key performance indicators by defining and monitoring KPIs and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years experience in product management, project management, IT consulting, product development, or business/system analysis.
• Minimum two (2) years experience working with agile teams, including familiarity with scrum ceremonies.
• Minimum one (1) year experience in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, Social Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the Middle and Back Revenue Cycle including Clinical Documentation, Charge Capture, Coding, Claims Creation and Submission, Denials Management, Payment Posting and Reconciliation, Patient Collections, and Revenue Integrity.

Qualifications
