Product Manager
About the role
Guide cross-functional teams to support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Supply Planning, Scheduling, and broader supply chain planning capabilities. Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, championing planning solutions that align with strategic business objectives. Play a key role in a major planning transformation initiative, partnering closely with business leaders and implementation teams. Evaluate, implement, and sustain modern planning platforms. Build and maintain product backlog, prioritizing features based on ROI, feasibility, and strategic alignment. Partner with cross-functional teams to develop strategic AI roadmaps and measurable KPIs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive IT experience, including at least 5 years in product management or related technology roles.
- Advanced proficiency in core product management disciplines, such as product visioning, roadmap planning, requirements management, agile delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Supply Planning, Production Scheduling, and broader supply chain planning processes.
- Experience implementing, supporting, or optimizing planning solutions such as SAP IBP, o9 Solutions, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or similar platforms.
- Proven track record in agile delivery, backlog management, and requirements gathering.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts into business terms.

Pay
Competitive annual salary ($119,088 - $178,774) plus bonus potential.
