Product Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role Define product strategy and vision, developing product roadmaps from ideation to launch Make decisions on new products or enhancements to bring to market Develop product enhancements based on validated learnings and ensure documentation communicates needs Serve as a facilitator for product teams and diverse stakeholder groups across the organization Perform internal and external discovery for new and existing products, validating solutions with end users Track outcomes and key performance indicators, developing and maintaining reports for stakeholders What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, Social Science, or a related field Minimum five (5) years experience in product management, project management, IT consulting, product development or support, or business/system analysis Minimum two (2) years experience working with agile teams, including familiarity with scrum ceremonies and agile best practices Minimum one (1) year experience in a leadership role (with or without direct reports) Ability to define and manage technical debt Experience ensuring solutions align with Enterprise Architecture standards What's On Offer Opportunity to define strategy for application wellness and infrastructure modernization Collaborative environment working with application teams, enterprise architecture, platform engineering, security, and infrastructure teams Role in a Technology Lifecycle Management and Modernization (TLM) organization Impact on improving technology health, resiliency, and time-to-market Apply via Haystack today!
