Product Manager

About the role

Define product strategy and vision, developing product roadmaps from ideation to launch. Make decisions on new products or enhancements to bring to market. Facilitate product teams and diverse stakeholder groups throughout the product management life cycle. Collaborate with operations teams and market stakeholders to support product adoption. Assist with internal and external discovery for new and existing products, validating solutions with end users. Track outcomes and key performance indicators.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, Social Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in product management, project management, IT consulting, product development or support, or business/system analysis.
• Minimum 1 year experience working in product management, including product discovery and developing short-term and long-term product strategies.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with agile teams, including familiarity with scrum ceremonies and agile best practices.
• Self-driven, start-up mindset with adaptability and teamwork skills.
